We look forward to getting to know you and helping you learn more about the real McKinsey! If you're completing your advanced degree program in 2027 and are interested in learning more about McKinsey through events, newsletters and other recruiting activities, please complete our Connect with APD 2026 Interest Form.

Access opportunities to learn how we partner with clients and serve our communities across the globe via;

  • Virtual sessions throughout the year that highlight our firm, our people, and our work
  • Potential participation in programs as: Insight and our Women’s Series – Please use the same form to express your interest in the program, by March 25th.

Insight 2026 (April 30–May 2, Chicago): You will learn about who we are and the work we do, work together on a mock McKinsey case, and build lasting connections with both participants and McKinsey colleagues. 
Women’s Series: Gain an understanding of McKinsey’s culture through the perspectives of McKinsey women. Connect with women at the firm and learn more about their career journeys and advice on pursuing a meaningful and fulfilling career. (Please note: this may include some in-person dinners across the U.S. and Canada during April/May.)

This form will encourage you to submit the following information:
  • Resume 
  • Contact information (it is highly encouraged to utilize your program's school issued email if you already have it or, the email you plan to utilize during your recruiting process)

Eligibility Criteria & Application Instructions:

For now, we encourage you to register to “Connect with APD 2026” - so you can explore and have time to understand the recruiting details. But in case you’d like to have more visibility of roles and graduation dates, see below.

  • Graduating between December 2026 - Fall 2027: The full-time Associate deadline will be during the fall season. Please apply between July - September, 2026 for consideration. Applications will be processed during fall.
  • Graduating before November 2026: Apply to our Associate role at any time. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
  • Graduating after Fall 2027: Thanks for connecting with us early! Your application deadline will be in 2027

Please note - while we ask you to indicate your office preferences as part of the application, please know that this is not a final decision. You will have the opportunity to update your preferences later as you learn more about the firm. Similarly, it’s okay if your resume isn’t in its final form—you can always refine it later. We encourage you to apply with the information you have now, and we’ll support you in exploring your options and refining your application along the way.
