We invite you to learn about our McKinsey Military Fellow (SkillBridge) Program! At McKinsey, we recognize the value of hard-earned military skills and perspectives. We also understand transitioning into the civilian workforce can seem a daunting challenge, for even the most distinctive military professional.
Come join our 700+ strong Veterans@McKinsey community for a 10-week apprenticeship-based fellowship (partnership with DoD SkillBridge) where you will help solve our clients’ most pressing challenges. You will work collaboratively with our global network of colleagues and experts, while learning in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
As a SkillBridge member, you will work on actual client engagements while you develop and hone your business problem-solving and communications toolkits. Coaching and mentorship will play an integral part of your program.
McKinsey has a vibrant veteran community with over 700 members all over the world. We are a diverse and strong community dedicated to supporting each other and our colleagues and clients. We look forward to welcoming you into our community.
